Family life is the building block of a successful society and marriage is an occasion of great joy in the Muslim community. Marriage is a legal contract between two people consenting to the marriage of their own free will. A formal, binding contract is considered integral to a religiously valid Islamic marriage and outlines the rights and responsibilities of both the groom and bride.
The MAI mosque offers the marriage (nikah) services for those who wish to get married under Islamic law. The ceremonies can be held at the mosque and this can be organized via the Secretary. For the full details on the conditions and requirements, kindly contact the MAI office.
