Women of Faith

Muslim Association of Ireland participated and was one of the sponsors of ‘Women of Faith - Channels of Peace and Dialogue’ -  conference on 28 Nov 2016. The conference  explored different approaches to peace building, based on each of the speaker’s perspective and extensive faith and experience.

 speakers as well as the different communities and contributors helped to make this event such a success.

Sabina Higgins, wife of President Michael D. Higgins, was an honorary guest, opened the conference formally, and spoke passionately about the many issues that need to be urgently addressed in the world today.
